Technical Guide to the Co-Control of Air Pollutant and Carbon Emissions in the Urban Transport Sector
With support from Energy Foundation China, this guide was completed by a joint team that includes the China Sustainable Transportation Center, the World Resources Institute, the Innovative Green Development Program, the School of Environment at Tsinghua University, and the Beijing Transport Institute.
It focuses on what methods and tools can be used for the co-control of air pollutant and carbon emissions in the urban transport sector, hoping to help lay a solid technical foundation as cities aspire to achieve air quality and carbon goals at the same time.
This guide was launched at the 2019 Asia-Pacific Forum on Green, Low-Carbon Development in October 2019.
