Low Carbon 14th Five-Year Plans

The next five years are crucial to achieving China’s goals of a carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060 early. Energy Foundation China will continue to support analysis and education aiming at ambitious climate targets and policies for the period of 2021–2025, to evaluate the impact of five-year plans on the economy, energy systems, air quality, and climate change, and to facilitate research, exchange, and communications at national, provincial, local, and sectoral levels.

In July 2021, Shanghai Electric Vehicle Public Data Collecting, Monitoring, and Research Center released this report reviewing how plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) perform in the city. The research was conducted with support from Energy Foundation China.
