VOC Emissions Control From Road Vehicles and Their Oil Consumptions
VOC Emissions Control From Road Vehicles and Their Oil Consumptions
In September 2022, Tsinghua University released this research report that analyzes factors influencing volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from petroleum products road vehicles use. The research was supported by Energy Foundation China.
The report first studies the VOC emissions level of the whole life cycle of gasoline used by road vehicles in China, then it identifies possible emission scenarios and reduction pathways based on potential control actions for each link of the life cycle, before it evaluates the potential emission reduction benefits. Based on the findings, the report also suggests viable emission reduction actions in China for the next ten years.
