In 2019, Energy Foundation China supported the World Resources Institute to carry out a green power consumption project. The research findings on U.S. experience are summarized in this working paper.
It provides an in-depth analysis of the structure and status of both compliance and voluntary green power markets in the U.S. It also summarizes the experience of the U.S. green power market to inspire Chinese policymakers and market players on green electricity market design and deal organization.
