Revise Air Quality Standards, Protect Human Health
In 2024, Peking University, Fudan University, and other institutes jointly released the flagship report “Revise Air Quality Standards, Protect Human Health,” which was supported by Energy Foundation China.
The report summarizes the foundation of China's air quality standards across three dimensions: scientific knowledge, standards development, and management strategies, and analyzes potential gaps and problems in scientific research, management, and other areas.
The report aims to provide scientific analysis and evidence for the revision of China’s national ambient air quality standards and related technical specifications.
