EF China Enters Into MOU With IEA
On November 22, 2022, Zou Ji, CEO and President of Energy Foundation China, and Fatih Birol, Executive Director of the International Energy Agency, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on cooperation between the two organizations, during Zou’s visit to the agency’s headquarters in Paris.

Through research and analysis, seminars and workshops, publications, engagement, dissemination, knowledge exchange, high-level dialogue, and reciprocal meeting participation, the two parties will cooperate on topics including the energy transition, renewable energy development, long-term energy strategies, energy economics, energy technology assessment, energy efficiency improvement, fossil energy transition and energy access promotion.
