Background

Achieving carbon neutrality requires a socio-economic transformation at unprecedented scale. This movement can be viewed as a complex interaction of players, the decisions they make, and the actions they take. Explaining the WHYs and demonstrating the HOWs through effective narrative building and stakeholder engagement is necessary for all to understand and act on the complexity of the transition.

In collaboration with The Paper and Tsinghua University, this session will explore where we are in terms of building energy transition narratives, the power of media storytelling to promote people connection and climate solutions, and innovative ways of engaging people in climate actions.
