针对中国城市规划建设中凸显的问题，在能源基金会和能源创新有限公司支持下，卡尔索普事务所、宇恒可持续交通研究中心和高觅工程顾问公司，基于多年国内外低碳城市设计建设等经验和案例分析，整理发布《翡翠城市——面向中国智慧绿色发展的规划指南》，提出低碳城市十项开发原则，助力中国打造翡翠城市。
