Program Officer, Clean Power

Ms. Zhuo Li is a Program Officer of Energy Foundation China’s Clean Power Program. She helps the Program Director identify strategies and manage a grants portfolio to achieve the program’s goals. Prior to joining the foundation in January 2024, she worked for companies including Sino-Carbon and Baidu AI Cloud, where she provided consulting services regarding green trading scheme construction and digital and AI technology application in the energy sector. Before that, she interned for two years at China’s National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation, where she participated in low carbon development strategy research and project management.

Ms. Li holds a master’s and a bachelor’s, both in Power Engineering, from Beijing University of Technology.
