Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Yuwei Fang is the Vice President & Chief Operation Officer of Energy Foundation China. She was the foundation’s Finance Director till October 2022. Before joining Energy Foundation China in 2008, she spent many years with international and local NGOs and at Società Italiana per Condotte d’Acqua on project management and operations in human resources and finance. Earlier she conducted research at China Academy of Railway Sciences. Ms. Fang holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She also completed a Master’s program in Psychology.
