Yuan GAO
Officer, Coal Transition
As Energy Foundation China’s Coal Transition Officer, Ms. Yuan Gao manages grants and projects, and supports the Coal Director developing strategies and raising funds. Prior to joining the foundation in September 2021, she conducted industrial research at the Chinese Wind Energy Association. Before that, she worked in Goldwind and Siemens for strategy planning and technical consulting.
Ms. Gao received her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Thermal Engineering from Tsinghua University, and also holds a specialized Master’s degree in International Energy Management from Mines ParisTech.
