Program Coordinator, Low Carbon Cities

Ms. Yingyu Fu is a Program Coordinator of the Low Carbon Cities Program, providing supports for strategy development, grants and project management, as well as event organization. Prior to joining Energy Foundation China in June 2019, she interned at the World Bank for a project on the subnational climate adaptation planning frameworks in the Philippines. She also interned at the Energy team of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality, the Global Environmental Institute in Beijing, and Carbon Trust’s Beijing Office.

Ms. Fu holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University with a focus on Energy and Environment, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Beijing Normal University.
