Officer, International Cooperation

Ms. Xinyuan Wen is an officer of International Cooperation, Energy Foundation China, responsible for strategy and research support, grant management, event organization, fundraising, and partnerships. Prior to joining Energy Foundation China, she worked at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, focusing on strategy development and grant management in the transport and air quality sectors. Previously, she engaged in climate and energy policy research and worked on international cooperation at the World Resources Institute and the National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation.

Ms. Wen holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Sun Yat-sen University.
