Program Associate, Transportation

Ms. Xiaoyan Kang is an Associate of Transportation at Energy Foundation China, supporting strategy development, funder relations, grants administration, event organization, and logistics. Prior to joining Energy Foundation China, she worked as a traffic planner at China Sustainable Transportation Center, mainly responsible for technical work and project management in the field of comprehensive transportation planning and low carbon transportation.

Ms. Kang holds a Master’s degree in Transportation Systems from Technical University of Munich, and a Bachelor’s degree in Traffic Engineering from Southeast University.
