Wei HE
IT Manager
Wei He graduated from Tsinghua University in 1994 and is an expert in information and communication technology. After working in LEAD-China as IT Manager and having helped many NGOs in many different ways, he started working for EF China as an IT specialist in 2009 to help rebuild and maintain its IT infrastructure.
