Program Coordinator, Low Carbon Cities

Ms. Shengnan Shi is a Program Coordinator of Energy Foundation China‘s Low Carbon Cities Program, supporting strategy development, funder relations, grant administration, event organization, and logistics. Prior to joining Energy Foundation China in January 2022, she stayed at the Institute for Sustainable Communities, providing support for project development and management. She also worked for the Foreign Environmental Cooperation Center of China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment, where she helped develop, implement, and manage Global Environment Facility projects.

Ms. Shi holds a Master’s degree in environmental engineering from the Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
