Senior Advisor
Dr. Ping He is the Senior Advisor of Energy Foundation China. Dr. He joined EF China in January 2008. Previously he worked for ten years in the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), six years in Africa and Europe, and eight years in the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received a Ph.D. in Environment Planning and Management from Peking University.
