Program Associate, Strategic Communications

Ms. Piaofan Cai is the Program Associate of the Strategic Communications Program at Energy Foundation China, supporting the program’s strategy-making, fundraising, grants management, and partnership. Prior to joining Energy Foundation China, she worked as the Program Coordinator at Columbia Global Centers in Beijing, where she proactively fostered academic exchanges between Columbia faculty and Chinese scholars and also initiated and conducted programs to support Columbia’s students and alumni in the fields of career development, social innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Ms. Cai holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
