Program Associate, Corporate Communications

Ms. Muyao Cui is the Program Associate of Corporate Communications at Energy Foundation China’s Strategic Communications Program, supporting content development for the foundation’s website and WeChat account, brand management, media relations, as well as media monitoring and public relations analysis. Prior to joining Energy Foundation China in August 2023, she interned at Tencent Research Institute, where she conducted case studies on ethical issues of technologies and helped organize annual events. She also had internship experiences at companies including Bentley Motors China, BlueFocus Communication Group, and Xinhua News Agency.

Ms. Cui holds a Master’s degree in Global Media and Communications from London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master’s degree in Global Communication from University of Southern California, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from China’s Central University of Finance and Economics.
