Senior Program Officer, Transportation
Ms. Lorraine Le Yin is a Senior Program Officer of Energy Foundation China’s Transportation Program. She has been working in the areas of climate change, energy, transportation, air quality, water, and biodiversity for more than 15 years. Before joining the foundation in March 2015, she worked for The Nature Conservancy, The Climate Group, and AECOM on policy and regulatory research, strategy development, project management, and corporate environmental management consultancy. Lorraine graduated from Peking University with the master’s degree of environmental science.
