As Officer of International Climate Affairs, Ms. Jingjing Cai helps manage projects, organize meetings and events, develop and implement strategies, and cultivate partners. Ms. Cai spent almost 13 years at Energy Foundation China’s Environmental Management Program since she first joined in October 2008, and was a Senior Program Associate there. Previously, she oversaw environmental projects for a Beijing-based international engineering company. She was also a Public Policy Fellow at the China Environment Forum of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, focusing on China’s environmental regulatory and air quality management. Ms. Cai received academic training in environmental science and economics at Wageningen University and Research Center in the Netherlands, where she got a master’s degree in 2007.
