Jianan XIN
Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff, Ms. Jianan Xin assists the CEO & President by providing executive support, managing external relationships, intensifying internal coordination, and organizing meetings and events. She has worked in the field of energy efficiency, low carbon development, and international climate affairs since she first joined Energy Foundation China in July 2011. Previously, she was an analyst researcher at Russell Reynolds Associates. Ms. Xin received her Master of Environmental Management from Yale University and a Master of Urban Ecology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
