Program Officer, Clean Power

Mr. Feng Zhou is an Officer of Clean Power Program, Energy Foundation China. He helps the Program Director identify strategies and manage a grants portfolio to achieve the program’s goals. Prior to joining the foundation in May 2022, he was a senior manager at the New York office of the Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization for four years, responsible for researching on cross-regional/national electricity markets and electricity and energy policies; leading the office’s cooperation with organizations including the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, the Edison Electric Institute, and Electricity Canada; organizing international events; and maintaining member networks and other partnerships in North America. Before this experience, he spent almost five years at the State Grid Corporation of China’s Shandong power supply company, where he was a technician at an electrical substation and a dispatch center.

Mr. Zhou holds a Master’s degree in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University.
