Program Associate, Environmental Management

Ms. Chenlin Liu is the Program Associate of Energy Foundation China’s Environmental Management Program, supporting program management, strategy development, funder relations, grants administration, and event organization.

Prior to joining Energy Foundation China in July 2024, she worked for China Academy of Building Research, working on energy-saving building design, key project documentation and management. She has participated in several large public building design and energy renovation projects, and issued energy efficiency calculation reports for several projects. She also had an internship with China Electronics Engineering Design Institute, where she supported project feasibility analysis and system calculation of photovoltaics.

Ms. Liu holds a Master’s degree in Energy Science and Engineering from Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany. She is a certified international passive house designer by the Passive House Institute of Germany.
