With support from Energy Foundation China, this guide was completed by a joint team that includes the China Sustainable Transportation Center, the World Resources Institute, the Innovative Green Development Program, the School of Environment at Tsinghua University, and the Beijing Transport Institute.

The Intervention of Low Carbon Consumption by Communications in China by 2030 and 2050
By identifying the main areas of low carbon consumption in the future, the report studies the structural changes in consumption in China and its influencing factors. Combined with China’s medium- and long-term development goals, the report predicts what low carbon consumption might be like in 2030 and 2050 and how consumer preference would change over time.

During 2018–2019, Energy Foundation China supported Planet-Data Inc. to investigate temporal and spatial distribution of PM2.5 in Jinan, the capital city of eastern Chinese province Shandong that has suffered smog episodes.
